We do strive for customer satisfaction. However, fresh cut flowers are a natural & perishable product so cannot be guaranteed to look exactly as pictured. Ideally, your flowers should last at least a week and longer in some cases depending on type of flower. 

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

• Item must be returned within 5 days of purchase or delivery
• Complete item must be returned including container
• Reason for return 
• Please contact store during business hours in person or via phone
• Replacements and refunds will be considered on an individual basis
